Hello! I'm Sam (she/they).
I do this by holding transformational one-to-one coaching sessions using the VITA™ (Vital Integrated and Tantric Approach) method, as taught by Layla Martin. I use a combination of talking and embodied practices such as gentle trauma release, breathwork, sounding, movement, inner child integration, body scanning and meditation so that you can fall deeply in love with yourself, expand into pleasure and have mind-blowing sex!
